How does your sliding scale work?
Our sliding scale rates are made for the home user who can not afford to pay the normal high prices for technical support or repair. They are not for businesses.
Sliding scale rates allow you to pay what you can afford to pay instead of paying the normal hourly rates you would pay when going to other technical solutions providers.
You must prove to our technician that your yearly salary is not greater than twenty-five thousand dollars. If your salary is greater you are not eligible for our sliding scale rates. Once your salary has been confirmed, you will be qualified for the sliding scale rates and your hourly rate will be twenty dollars per hour.
No other repair shop or consulting firm offers this to their customers because they know your computer is something you have become dependent upon and are willing to pay to have it fixed! Soft Click IT understands the dependence we have on our computers and also know that the average person should not pay the high prices repair shops charge.
What are the Flat Rate Packages for small businesses?
Our Flat Rate Packages are designed with the small business in mind, because Soft Click IT understands the budgeting constraints small businesses have and their need for dependable technology that enhances their ability to keep their business up and running.
The Flat Rate Packages combine services needed for a set fee which is paid in two installments of fifty percent down and fifty percent upon completion. So if your company needs a service call for virus removal and optimization of all computers we offer you a set fee instead of an hourly rate. Because updates, optimization and other maintenance routines can differ according to each machines specifications an hourly fee for services is not cost effective or logically sound, therefore we give you a Flat Rate which saves your company thousands of dollars each year in IT costs.
